Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide employees with a competitive, comprehensive and integrated package of compensation and benefits that supports our combined businesses, as well as a range of employee needs.

Total Remuneration - determined by labour market relativities, an employee’s sustained performance over time, as well as the development of skills, knowledge and abilities.

Variable Pay– where applicable, an incentive payment that rewards performance through the achievement of specific goals and objectives, which may include company, division, and individual results

Long-Term Incentives - equity-based incentives, such as stock options, that recognise employees' future potential for significant contribution to the company.
