MSD Australia honoured as a leading workplace for women

MSD Australia is thrilled to share that it has been named on the list of Best Workplaces for Women in Australia for 2025! This achievement highlights the company’s commitment to promoting gender equity and fostering an inclusive workplace environment for women at every level of its organisation.
The recognition was provided by Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture which evaluates hundreds of certified organisations across Australia. Our two highest rated areas, both scoring above 95 out of 100, reflect significant achievements: employees’ feelings of physical safety at MSD and the fair treatment of individuals regardless of their sexual orientation.
